We’re seeking a skilled, motivated, and detail‑driven Chef de Partie to join the Gilpin Spice brigade. In this role, you’ll take ownership of your section, preparing vibrant, flavour‑forward dishes with accuracy, consistency, and pride. You’ll work closely with senior chefs to maintain high standards, contribute to menu development, and uphold the organisation and discipline that define the Spice kitchen. Your Role as Chef De Partie:

  • Manages and operates your allocated section to an exceptional standard, ensuring readiness, organisation, and consistency throughout service.

  • Works closely with senior chefs to support menu development, daily prep, and smooth kitchen operations.
  • Trains, guides, and supports junior chefs, helping build skill, confidence, and professional growth within the brigade.
