Spa Therapist
Salary: £ £13.25 per hour, 16 hours per week
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £240 to £550 per month. Pro rated to part time hours worked.
Plus commission on any retail sales you make.

You\’ll deliver exceptional treatments in our Spa Space, Jetty Space, private spa lodges and suites, each designed to offer guests a deeply personal and restorative experience in a setting that blends natural beauty with contemporary luxury. From holistic massages to advanced facials, you\’ll help guests unwind, recharge, and reconnect as part of a close-knit team that embodies authenticity, warmth, and attention to detail.
Your Role of Spa Therapist:
- Delivers a range of high-end treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies with precision and care.
- Provides a warm, personalised experience for every guest.
- Supports the spa team in creating a tranquil, welcoming environment.
- Contributes to the smooth running of the spa and guest experience.
- Maintains immaculate treatment rooms and upholds hygiene standards.
- Recommends products and wellness routines tailored to individual needs.
- Stays informed on the latest wellness techniques and product innovations.
What You Bring:
- Recognised qualifications in treatments and massage therapy (at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or spa settings.
- A calm, professional demeanour and genuine passion and care for the guest experience.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
