Gilpin Hotel & Lake House, a luxury family-owned estate in the Lake District, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue across rooms, dining, spa, weddings and exclusive Lake House experiences. You will lead strategic sales, manage relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and luxury agencies, and work with operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop targeted plans, monitor performance, and represent the brand at events.
