Are you passionate about creating beautiful spaces and delivering exceptional service? Gilpin Hotel & Lake House, proudly awarded Two Michelin Keys, offers an exceptional standard of hospitality in the heart of the Lake District.
We’re looking for a meticulous, energetic, and friendly Housekeeper to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our stunning rooms, suites, and spa lodges. You’ll be part of a warm, supportive team that takes pride in creating a serene and spotless environment for our guests.
🧹 Your Role as Housekeeper:

Cleans and prepares guest rooms consistently to a five-star standard.

Maintains pristine public areas.

Manages laundry, linen and stock items with care.

Reports maintenance issues promptly.

Collaborates with the wider hotel team to ensure seamless service and guest experience.

Salary: £26,624 - £28,704 pro rata to hours worked
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £234 - £526 per month, pro rata.
