Summary.

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an addition to our Compliance and Security Team.

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual who possesses the highest levels of integrity and resilience..

The ideal candidate will have experience within the security industry and have an understanding of processes used to monitor and ensure compliance, ideally auditing, however extensive training will be provided.

You will be able to illustrate that you can work efficiently and effectively on your own with the ability to adapt where required to support in investigations as and when needed by the Compliance and Security Manager.

The role will involve the completion of bespoke in house audits using an i Pad whilst in the field to ensure compliance by our franchises.

This position offers the right candidate the opportunity to plan their defined monthly work load allowing flexibility to manage their own hours independently..

The successful candidate will have access to a company car and will be expected to travel to attend sites and be willing to stay overnight away from home.

For this reason, the applicant must hold a full clean driving licence..

  • Role and Responsibilities
  • Whilst supported by a professional management team, the successful applicant will be working alone for long periods with autonomy to plan and deliver a prescribed number of audit assignments on a monthly basis in accordance with the Audit Plan..
  • Make suitable recommendations to address risks or control weaknesses identified.

Highlight and assess alternatives that might yield further improved efficiency or additional cost savings..

  • Ensure that audits are completed to the required standard in line with appropriate and relevant methodologies and requirements..
  • Ensure that audits are delivered on time..
  • Support the Compliance and Security Manager in meeting demands of the business..

  • Proficiency in the use of Word and Excel packages.
  • Possession of excellent inter-personal skills and an ability to ensure professional standards are maintained at all times..
  • Able to develop close working relationships and communicate effectively with a culturally diverse franchise network..
  • Maintain the highest levels of integrity and resilience with strict independence from all non-audit operational staff..
