Gilmartins is expanding and we are looking for the very best operatives in the industry to join us as Senior Operatives. Experience Required

- Proven experience within social housing reactive maintenance
- Relevant trade qualifications where applicable
- Full manual driving licence – no automatic vans available
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in occupied properties
- Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
