Gilmartins is expanding and we are looking for experienced Carpenters to join our growing social housing repairs team across Swindon. This is a permanent, directly employed position offering excellent earning potential, long-term job security and a consistent workload.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with additional multi-trade skills including:

  • Patch repair plastering
  • Basic plumbing (desirable)
  • Basic tiling (desirable)
  • Basic electrics (like for like)
  • Experienced in locks, glass fitting, window repairs (wood, sash, Upvc)

You will carry out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties, delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
