Gilmartins is expanding and we are looking for the very best operatives in the industry to join us as Senior Operatives. This is not just another trade role. We are recruiting experienced, high-performing operatives across North West London in the following trade: Carpenter multi trades experienced in locks, glass fitting, window repairs (wood, sash, Upvc).

We are offering:

  • £50,000 basic salary
  • Permanent, full-time employment, monthly pay
  • Company van & fuel card for business use only (no personal use permitted)

Experience Required

  • Full manual driving licence - no automatic vans available
  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
