Gilmartins is expanding and we are looking for experienced Plumbers to join our growing social housing repairs team across Swindon. This is a permanent, directly employed position offering excellent earning potential, long-term job security and a consistent workload.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced plumber with additional multi-trade skills including:
- Patch repair plastering
- Basic carpentry (desirable)
- Basic tiling (desirable)
- Basic electrics (like for like)
You will carry out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties, delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
You will have:
- Experience working within social housing reactive maintenance
- Strong plumbing skills
- Experience working in occupied homes
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Full UK manual driving licence
