Gilmartins are looking to recruit experienced Plumber Multi Traders with additional skills including basic electrics, changing/replacing locks, and window repairs/boarding up. The ideal tradesperson will have worked in social housing.
The job requires working between 8am to 5pm every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. This will include whenever these days fall on public holidays. The job is to cover Emergency Call-Outs (ECOs).
Gilmartins is a family-owned and run business; our staff are valued and our ethos is to promote from within. Our Board of Directors mostly started on the tools themselves, so have a hands-on understanding of the work we do. We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.
The job requires work and travel across High Wycombe, Marlow, and Princes Risborough. We are looking for people who live locally and are happy to travel.
Experienced Plumber Multi Traders:The role is to:
- Carry out property repairs and maintenance works in social housing
- Full valid UK manual driving licence (Not EU or automatic licence)
- Own tools
- Experience of working in social housing preferred
- DBS certificate
- Available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday every week including when these days fall on public holidays
- Company van, fuel card, paid parking (business use only)
