We are looking to recruit an experienced Domestic Electrician qualified to:
- 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation (or equivalent electrician qualification)
- BS7671:2018 Wiring Regulations for 18th Edition
- 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification
The ideal tradesperson will have worked in social housing. The job requires working between 8am to 5pm every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. This will include whenever these days fall on public holidays. The job is to cover Emergency Call-Outs (ECOs).
Gilmartins is a family-owned and run business; our staff are valued and our ethos is to promote from within. Our Board of Directors mostly started on the tools themselves, so have a hands-on understanding of the work we do. We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations. The job requires work and travel across North and North West London.
Experienced Electrician:
The role is to:
- Carry out property repairs and maintenance works in social housing
- Work to Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Requirements for Job:
- Full valid UK manual driving licence (Not EU or automatic licence)
- Own tools
- Experience of working in social housing preferred
- DBS certificate
- Available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday every week including when these days fall on public holidays.
