Gilmartins is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for our Planned & Voids division, based from our Houghton Regis office.
The role provides commercial management and support across a portfolio of planned maintenance, refurbishment and void property works within the social housing sector.
You will work closely with operational teams to ensure contracts are commercially controlled, accurately valued and delivered in line with agreed budgets and client requirements.
