We are building the best trade team in social housing repairs. Gilmartins is expanding — and we are looking for the very best operatives in the industry to join us as an Elite Operative. This is not just another trade role. This is an opportunity to join a company that rewards professionalism, quality, reliability, and leadership.
We are recruiting experienced, high-performing operatives across the Buckinghamshire area (High Wycombe, Marlow and Princes Risborough) – must be willing to travel and work across these areas in the following trades:
- Plasterer (patch and some larger areas)
- Experienced in thermal boarding
- Willing to do painting, decorating, mould wash, re-pointing and ideally basic carpentry
£50,000 BASIC SALARY
We are offering:
- £50,000 basic salary
- Permanent, full-time employment, monthly pay
- Company van fuel card for business use only (no personal use permitted)
