Working within our residential property maintenance contracts, you'll carry out a variety of floor laying and multi-trade repairs, using your knowledge and experience to deliver quality workmanship. This is a hands-on role for experienced tradespeople who enjoy using their skills, solving problems and taking pride in a job well done. This role also offers excellent opportunities for career progression, including the potential to move into a management position within Gilmartins. What We're Looking For * Significant experience as a Floor Layer or Floor Layer Multi Trader * Strong floor laying skills, together with practical experience in other trades * The ability to undertake a wide variety of repairs confidently * Good problem-solving skills and an eye for quality workmanship * A professional, friendly approach when working in customers' homes * A full UK driving licence Experience within social housing or residential property maintenance would be advantageous.
