Responsibilities:
- Take pride in delivering high-quality work
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Communicate effectively with tenants and office teams
- Support and mentor other operatives
- Respect company vehicles, materials, and equipment

- Maintain excellent quality inspection scores
- Keep van stock organised and controlled
- Follow all health & safety and asbestos procedures
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Proven experience within social housing reactive maintenance is required. Full manual driving licence is necessary; no automatic vans available.
