Gilmartins is expanding and we are looking for the very best operatives in the industry to join us as Senior Operatives. This is not just another trade role. We are recruiting experienced, high-performing operatives across Oxford and Thames Valley areas in the following trades:
- Plumber
- Multi Trades
We are offering:
- £50,000 basic salary
- Permanent, full-time employment, monthly pay
- Company van & fuel card for business use only (no personal use permitted)
- PDA & branded uniform

- Full manual driving licence - no automatic vans available
