Role Overview
Join Gilmartins as an Elite Operative in the Domestic Ground Workers trade (fencing, slabbing, paving, drainage) across Wandsworth, Croydon, Merton, Bromley and Lambeth.
The role is permanent, full‑time, with monthly pay and a basic salary of £50,000.

Qualifications
- Proven experience within social housing reactive maintenance
- Relevant trade qualifications where applicable
- Full manual driving licence – no automatic vans available
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in occupied properties
