Gillespie Recruitment is seeking a Portfolio Manager for a leading branch in Prudhoe, part of a fast-growing estate agency group in the Northeast. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio, drive new business, and support a high-performing team
As a Portfolio Manager you will:
- Take ownership of your lettings portfolio, managing existing clients and building new relationships.
- Drive new business initiatives, actively prospecting for clients and properties.
- Negotiate and close rental agreements while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed KPIs and support branch growth.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and maintenance issues.
This role requires a proactive, target-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years\’ experience in lettings or estate agency.
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
- Proven track record in new business development and achieving targets.
- Full UK driving license (required).
- Flexible, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
