Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the leading luxury food emporiums in London! Supplying fresh wholesale produce to London’s top restaurants is one area of their business. In addition, our client’s in-house products are created by Michelin star trained staff and their Sushi range is simply world class!
Role Overview
The Deputy Store Manager will support the day to day operational running of the business and its incredible team. Responsibility for achieving all targets, budgets and KPIs set. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that a world-class customer experience is delivered to all customers as well as ensuring the store reflects a world-class shopping facility.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Previous experience within a luxury food environment
- A passion for delivering a world-class service
- Have an understanding of the wider aspects of retail management, i.e. health & safety, training and stock management
- A ‘hands on’ approach to working and be able to use own initiative
- A positive, approachable and professional attitude and demeanour
- Possess a good level of computer literacy
- The ability to work both as a team member, and alone in a busy working environment
- Possess a positive approach to learning and development
