Our client a long established technology services provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Service Engineer to join their organisation. As the Technical Service Engineer, you will provide an exceptional service to both internal and external customers. The Responsibilities include: * Support all aspects of the customers’ needs using your skills, knowledge and the systems and resources available. * Carry out appropriate repair, update and or modify either remotely, by phone or onsite as agreed with or instructed by customer. * Support & administer all aspects of customer networks including setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords, by telephone, email, onsite, remotely or using web-based programmes to ensure all aspects of the customer network is effective & secure. * Build, repair, set up and update new and used desktop PCs and laptops in the workshop as agreed with or instructed by customer and or manager using skills and knowledge. Deliver the new or repaired equipment to the customer site providing fully operational kit. * Cabling Services. Survey, quote and install cabling where requested. * Manage & monitor customer offsite backup systems.
