The Role

As a Private Client legal executive, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality private client legal services. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion, providing clear, compassionate, and practical legal advice throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters from start to finish
  • Drafting wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and trust documentation
  • Handling probate and estate administration matters

About You

  • Previous experience in a private client fee earning role (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal)
  • Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing a busy caseload independently
  • Professional, approachable, and proactive in your approach
