As the Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales consultants, define sales strategies, and work closely with the marketing, and customer support teams to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for developing sales plans, building relationships with key customers, and driving business development efforts. The responsibilities include: Team Leadership: * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed sales targets. * Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and sales training to improve team skills and efficiency. * Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and hold the team accountable for achieving objectives. Sales Strategy Development: * Execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target new business, expand existing accounts, and improve market share. * Work with senior management to set sales forecasts, targets and KPI’s. * Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs to inform sales initiatives. * Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to increase efficiency, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. * Work with the customer support team to ensure smooth post-sale experiences and address any customer concerns or upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Reporting and Analysis: * Monitor and analyse sales pipeline, providing regular updates to senior leadership. * Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasting and market trends. * Analyse data to identify areas for improvement, such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and team performance. * Track competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the market. Collaboration and Communication: * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure alignment and optimise sales efforts. * Provide feedback to the company based on customer insights, needs, and competitor offerings.
