The Role: Photocopier Engineer

Are you a detail-oriented Photocopier Engineer with a passion for problem-solving? Do you have great time management and the ability to work under pressure? You will handle servicing, maintenance, and support for MFDs, delivering expert solutions and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers.
  • Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region.
  • Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs.
  • Providing an exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
  • Good IT / Networking skills
  • Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
  • Great time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Manufacturer trained on any of the following machines: Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark, Epson.
  • Experience on IT solutions (Papercut or similar)
