The Role: Photocopier Engineer
Are you a detail-oriented Photocopier Engineer with a passion for problem-solving? Do you have great time management and the ability to work under pressure? You will handle servicing, maintenance, and support for MFDs, delivering expert solutions and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers.
- Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region.
- Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs.
- Providing an exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
- Good IT / Networking skills
- Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
- Great time management and ability to work under pressure
- Manufacturer trained on any of the following machines: Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark, Epson.
- Experience on IT solutions (Papercut or similar)
