Are you a detail-orientated, proactive Conveyancing Solicitor, with between 1 to 3 years post-qualified experience? Do you have the drive to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy? You will work both in person, and on the telephone with clients to provide support in a friendly and professional manner.

Ultimately, the firm aims to provide a stable, secure and friendly working environment developing the skills, talent and career opportunities of all staff. They are currently seeking a Conveyancer Solicitor, to join their team!
Key Responsibilities
- To provide high quality legal advice and support services to clients in the residential conveyancing process.
- Assist with file setup, searches, contract drafting, enquiries, statements, SDLT applications, Land Registry forms, and liaising with clients and third parties, plus file closure and archiving.
- Perform all usual tasks relating to the residential conveyancing process.
- To be the main point of contact for clients in the absence of the Head of Department.
Key Criteria
- A good level of education and proven qualification as a qualified solicitor.
- Between 1 and 3 years post-qualified experience.
- Proven record of meeting income targets.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the conveyancing process.
- Self-motivated to work independently and as part of a team.
