Management Accountant in Keighley

We’re currently recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Keighley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys combining hands-on accounting responsibilities with strategic business support. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, driving business performance, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making across the organisation. Key Responsibilities * Produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports * Support month-end and year-end accounting processes * Analyse business performance and provide meaningful financial insights * Prepare budgets, forecasts and cashflow projections * Maintain strong financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance * Reconcile sales, cost of sales and balance sheet accounts * Oversee supplier payments and statutory payment processes * Support payroll administration and related financial activities * Partner with department managers to provide financial guidance and support * Assist with stock takes, stock valuation and costing analysis * Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting * Provide support, guidance and mentoring to colleagues where required About You * Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role * Strong financial reporting and management accounting expertise * Experience producing budgets, forecasts and cashflow reports * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel * Knowledge of payroll processes and financial controls * Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly * Proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused * Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively What's on Offer * Competitive salary plus bonus * Permanent, full-time position * Opportunity to join an established and successful business * Supportive and collaborative working environment * The chance to influence business performance and financial strategy * Long-term career development and progression opportunities * A varied and impactful role with genuine autonomy If you're an ambitious Management Accountant looking for your next challenge and want to join a business where your contribution will be valued, we'd love to hear from you.
