The Opportunity
As a Healthcare Senior / Semi Senior, you'll play a key role in supporting a diverse healthcare client portfolio, providing high-quality accounting services and building trusted relationships with clients across the sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and supporting a portfolio of healthcare clients.
- Preparing accounts and financial reports.
- Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Supporting GP practices, dentists, pharmacists and consultants with their accounting requirements.
- Assisting with NHS pension-related matters and annual compliance requirements.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client experience. About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- AAT qualification or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within an accountancy practice.
- Previous experience working with healthcare sector clients, particularly GP practices.
- Knowledge of NHS pension requirements and associated annual processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, proactive and growth-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
