As part of their expansion, they\’re recruiting an IT Sales Consultant, to join their dynamic team! Key Responsibilities: * Engage with new and existing clients to understand their businesses, challenges, and future goals. * Conduct in-depth consultations to ascertain their IT needs and align our services accordingly. * Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction. * Utilise your technical knowledge and expertise to recommend suitable IT services that align with the client\’s business objectives. * Provide valuable insights and recommendations to address their challenges through our IT solutions. * Identify and qualify leads based on client interest and alignment with our service offerings. * Nurture and build relationships, understanding when a lead is primed for passing over to our sales partners. Key Criteria: * IT Sales: 1 year (required). * Tech Sales: 1 year (required). * B2B Sales: 1 year (required). * Proven track record in IT sales or consultancy, engaging with clients to understand their needs. * Technical knowledge across various IT services, especially in the specified areas. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to clients. * Full UK driving licence.
