This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader, Care Supervisor, Residential Care Worker, Dementia Support Worker, or Care Practitioner looking to join a supportive organisation where residents truly come first.
You'll play a key role in leading shifts, supporting colleagues, ensuring high standards of care, and helping residents maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting care teams during shifts
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents
- Supporting residents with all aspects of daily living
- Monitoring resident wellbeing and responding to changing needs
- Supporting the induction, training and development of new staff
- Promoting safeguarding, dignity and best practice at all times
- Working closely with senior colleagues and healthcare professionals
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a Senior Care Assistant or Care Team Leader role
- Experience supporting older adults, dementia care, residential care or nursing care residents
- Medication administration experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
