Key Responsibilities:
- Select, prepare, and display fresh fish and seafood.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the work area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Key Criteria:
- A high level of experience of knife work
- Skilled in cutting, cleaning and preparing all fish products.
- Will be positive, flexible and hardworking with a passionate commitment to quality
- Support the delivery of all orders and key performance targets in your area and ensure attention to detail and that procedures are followed
