About the Role
As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will oversee a team of nursing staff, ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing for all residents.
Your role will involve a balance of leadership, clinical practice, and staff development, with 2 days supernumerary time included within your contracted hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the nursing team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
- Oversee staff induction, clinical supervision, and ongoing training.
- Ensure compliance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, CQC/CI Standards, and company policies.
- Plan, implement, and review care plans tailored to residents’ individual needs.
- Promote a safe, supportive, and positive environment for both residents and staff.
Candidate Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Previous leadership or senior nursing experience in a care home or similar setting desirable.
- Strong communication, organisation, and people-management skills.
