As part of their expansion, they\’re recruiting a Branch Manager, to join their dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

* You will start your day with a morning meeting with the rest of your team.

* You will Drive and motivate your team.

* You will have a keen eye on driving new business initiatives.

* You will actively prospect for new business.

* You will conduct market appraisals for both sales and lettings properties.

* You will report figures regularly and strive to exceed KPI\’s.

Key Criteria:

* Estate agency experience (2 years+).

* Staff management experience.

* Excellent communication skills.
