The Role
As a Property Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants while keeping tenancies running smoothly from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Handling landlord and tenant enquiries
- Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
- Conducting property inspections
- Managing tenancy applications and progression
- Monitoring rent payments and arrears

About You
We're looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding customer service.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in Property Management or Residential Lettings

What's On Offer?
- Basic salary of £26,000 with OTE of £30,000
- Monday to Friday working pattern (1 in 3 Saturday)
