Our client is one of Scotland's leading IT recruitment businesses, based in Edinburgh, with a fantastic portfolio of clients across the UK. With a strong Perm and Contract business, stellar existing client base and a really strong established team, they are ready to invest in an experienced 360 IT Contract recruiter who matches their ambition to help drive that continued growth.

Working with a mix of big name established clients (some for 20 years+), you will enjoy the benefit of a strong brand presence and market reputation to help you grow new business in the UK IT contract (and perm) marketplace. It is a full 360 role, so you will be good at sourcing and building contractor/candidate relations, building relationships with a great list of established clients and sourcing some new ones of your own.

It is a great working environment and really supportive culture, demonstrated by a settled team of top performing consultants who have thrived in this environment. A great basic salary (c.£40,000 DOE), and very attractive uncapped bonus and excellent benefits package (health insurance, team incentives, etc.) also helps!

It is a hybrid role with a couple of days a week in their lovely offices in central Edinburgh, with a fully flexible approach to working hours that fit around you and the needs of the business (they act like human beings and treat you like one). This really is a great opportunity for an experienced 360 IT Contract recruiter to hit the ground running with access to a warm client base to help start earning very quickly, within a great, supportive, people-centric working culture.
