This is a perfect fit for a talented, collaborative, experienced and ambitious HR recruitment professional with strong market experience in Scotland, looking for something genuinely different along with unrivalled future career development opportunities. With the core Scottish leadership team already in place, you will join them to help create something exciting to change the HR recruitment market in Scotland. We seek someone with a reputation and background of success in the HR sector in Scotland, who matches our level of drive and ambition. We offer a very attractive basic salary, up to £55,000 depending on experience, plus a leading commission and a fantastic benefits package, including an enhanced EV car scheme, hybrid working, private health insurance, enhanced leave, family-friendly policies and flexibility for dog owners.
