With a strong, highly experienced team and a fantastic reputation and UK client base, you'll receive outstanding support and training to help you develop your skills and experience to build your career in recruitment, working across Accountancy & Finance, Legal, Technical & Engineering and/or Business support.
You'll get a structured, ongoing training and career development plan, but also enjoy a hybrid working environment, a basic of c.£25k, an excellent (& straightforward) commission structure, benefits & contributory pension, good holidays, etc.
You just need to bring some previous sales experience, ideally within a B2B space, a great work ethic and commitment to learn and develop yourself and be a polished, capable communicator and relationship builder (if you don't like speaking to people, this isn't for you).
