This Recruitment Consultant – Renewables/Energy role is with Gillespie People Solutions Ltd., a Scottish-based independent recruitment organisation that has quickly built a global reputation and client base in the renewable energy sector, resulting in strong, consistent growth and a highly impressive client base with real global reach. An honest, open and highly professional approach has delivered strong revenue growth in the Contract, Permanent and retained Executive sectors with an exclusive focus on the growth areas in global renewable and green energy.

Now, they\\\’re ready to add to that highly impressive team with another specialist 360 recruiter based out of their Edinburgh office, but offering a flexible hybrid working pattern. Ideally you\\\’ll have some experience in the renewable sectors, but they are happy to speak with you if you\\\’ve got a track record of success (ideally 2+ years) in either the Engineering, Technical or white collar construction markets alongside an aptitude to learn and real drive to develop yourself and your career in the renewable marketplace.

Alongside a highly performing team, this role is looking for an experienced professional sales recruiter where you\\\’ll get the responsibility to build on their existing reputation and client base and build your own success. We are looking for you to identify key candidates and create your own plan to deliver your agreed activity and revenue objectives and build on their reputation as the go-to search business in the renewable sectors.

With the support of a proven, highly successful team you\\\’ll also get the training and development you need to build the skills and good habits needed to succeed in this sector, secure new retained and exclusive executive search mandates, and receive a strong basic salary (£30,000-£40,000 DOE) and fantastic commission and incentives to reward your success. The existing team also enjoy a range of benefits alongside that excellent \\\’no-threshold\\\’ commission scheme, including pension contributions, subsidised golf/gym membership, mobile phone and additional generous one-off bonuses for exceptional performance.
