As Managing Consultant for the Contracts team, you'll join at the forefront of their recruitment operations, helping to maintain their business growth through effective acquisition and existing client development, mentoring and supporting experienced colleagues, applying your proven recruitment and strategic thinking skills to grow their reputation further and establish the business, and yourself as an industry leader.
If you can demonstrate a number of years proven success, and a deep understanding of the Technology and IT sector, have an entrepreneurial and strategic approach, hate procrastinators and love getting the job done with real energy and purpose, then this business could be your natural home (staff retention in this client business is exceptional). Honesty, integrity, great communication and negotiation skills are also a given, along with the ability to lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
In return for your experience and commitment, you'll be supported by a proven, hugely talented and highly professional team and a great working environment, based in their Edinburgh offices but with a flexible hybrid working pattern to suit you and the needs of the business. There's a strong basic salary of (£50,000 to £60,000 DOE), contributory pension, private medical cover, 25 days holiday (+ public hols), a 'team override' scheme and market leading, uncapped personal commission scheme to reward your success.
