We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Administrator to support our Commercial Property team located within our Edinburgh Office. This is a varied and comprehensive role and as an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative assistance, supporting the smooth running of the department, and maintaining the highest level of client service at all times.
The role requires a highly motivated and pro‑active team player with the ability to prioritise workload to an exceptional standard. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build and maintain collaborative and professional working relationships. It is important the candidate also has strong attention to detail skills and is proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
Some of the key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with client onboarding and AML, Letters of Engagement, and related communications
- File administration
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Production of high quality formatted documentation
- Assisting with responsive and accurate client and project reporting
- Support with regular financial hygiene administration
- Assisting with presentations and credentials for business development
- Assisting with meeting organisation and travel arrangements when required
We envisage the successful candidate to have experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment and have knowledge and understanding of commercial property transactions.
