Leeanne is experienced in all aspects of civil Court work in both the Court of Session and Sheriff Court with a specific interest in debt recovery and recovery of possession actions. Leeanne acts for clients who wish to recover debts owed to them from unpaid invoices to arrears of rent from issuing warning letters and where necessary raising proceedings in the relevant Court or Tribunal. Leeanne is also able to advise on the appropriate notices that require to be served to bring a lease to an end and where necessary lodge the relevant applications with the Court or the First Tier Property Tribunal for an order for possession.
