What you’ll do as the Diagnostic Technician / MOT Tester:

  • Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
  • Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices.

  • Support the owner in building a high-performance, professional team.

Requirements of the Diagnostic Technician / MOT Tester:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
  • MOT Tester qualification.
  • 10+ years’ vehicle mechanics experience, including diagnostics.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring is a bonus.
