We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, an established and award-winning UK business, for B2B Telephone Research & Survey Executives to join their friendly and professional team. About the Role

As a B2B Telephone Research & Survey Executive, you'll be responsible for conducting professional research conversations with business professionals and decision-makers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting business-to-business research projects
  • Carrying out telephone surveys with professionals and decision-makers
  • Gathering customer feedback and valuable market intelligence
  • Following structured questionnaires and research scripts
  • Recording and accurately inputting information into company systems
  • Engaging professionally with respondents across a variety of industries
  • Representing our client's business and their customers in a professional manner

What We're Looking For

We're looking for friendly, reliable and confident communicators who enjoy talking to people and have excellent listening skills. You'll ideally have:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • A friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Strong listening and attention-to-detail skills
  • A positive and reliable attitude
  • Confidence speaking with business professionals
  • Good organisation and the ability to follow structured processes
  • Previous experience in customer care, customer service or telephone-based roles is preferred, but not essential
  • Experience in administration, retail, hospitality, call handling or other customer-facing roles would also be highly transferable.

Most importantly, you'll need to be comfortable speaking to people over the telephone and have the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
