We're recruiting an experienced Recruitment Coordinator / In-House Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for a leading organisation operating in a technical and highly regulated environment.
You'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to source, attract and secure top talent across a range of roles.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment from initial brief through to offer and onboarding
- Direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and professional networks
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Coordinating interviews and delivering a positive candidate experience
- Managing recruitment activity through HR and applicant tracking systems
- Supporting pre-employment screening and compliance processes
- Occasional travel to another UK site may be required
About you:
- Proven experience in end-to-end or in-house recruitment
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience recruiting within technical, engineering or regulated environments would be beneficial
- Knowledge of UK pre-employment screening and security clearance processes
- Experience using Workday or a similar ATS is desirable
Due to the nature of the environment, successful candidates will need to meet relevant security screening requirements and have the right to work in the UK.
