A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-time Legal Administrator to join to join a busy Law team based in Leamington Spa.
You do not need previous legal experience for this role however, we are looking for someone with a strong administration background, excellent keyboard skills and a professional, friendly approach to dealing with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities: You will provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the team, including: .
Preparing correspondence, documents and reports .
Managing diaries, appointments and key dates .
Handling telephone calls and client enquiries .
Maintaining accurate electronic files and records .
Supporting the preparation of documents and court bundles .
