We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Production Line Leader to join a busy manufacturing environment in Featherstone, Pontefract. This temp to perm Production Line Leader role is ideal for candidates with Line Leader or Team Leader experience within manufacturing or food production environments.

The successful Production Line Leader will be responsible for managing production lines, leading teams, and ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health.

Pay rate: 14.80 per hour Nights: 10pm to 6am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and support a production team to achieve daily targets
  • Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
  • Maximise production line efficiency and minimise downtime
  • Monitor and reduce waste across the production process
  • Coordinate agency and permanent staff effectively
