A respected law firm is seeking an experienced Part-Time Legal Secretary to join its Private Client team in Banbury. The role will involve providing full secretarial and administrative support to Fee Earners, including audio typing, client liaison, diary management, file preparation, conflict checks, invoicing support, and general administration.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- At least 1 years experience within a Private Client department
- Experience with Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration
- Excellent typing and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong communication and client care skills
- A professional, flexible, and team-oriented approach
- Case management system experience would be advantageous.
