Estates Manager Location: Oxford Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract: Temporary 12 weeks Pay: £25.19 per hour Start: ASAP We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious organisation for an experienced Estates Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on estates leadership role, overseeing maintenance, contractors, projects, budgets and health & safety across a busy multi-site environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage planned and reactive maintenance programmes * Lead and support the maintenance team * Manage contractors, suppliers and external service providers * Oversee estates projects, budgets and procurement * Monitor building compliance, health & safety and statutory requirements * Manage contractor performance and project delivery * Prepare budget, performance and estates reports * Support longer-term estates planning and development About You * Previous supervisory/management experience within Estates or Facilities * Strong experience managing contractors and supply chains * Project and budget management experience * Good understanding of buildings and the built environment * Strong knowledge of health & safety requirements * Experience leading a team and delivering estates projects * Confident IT user, including Microsoft Excel * Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estates professional available for an immediate start. The role is based fully on-site in Oxford, with no on-site parking available
