We are looking for a motivated and organised Customer Services Administrator to join our clients busy team based on the outskirts of Banbury. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, processing orders using SAP and Excel, handling customer enquiries, and supporting the sales team. You’ll liaise with internal departments including purchasing, transport, and accounts to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing and managing customer orders accurately
