We’re currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our client based in Loughborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional with a scientific background to develop their career within a highly regulated, international environment.
The Role
You’ll support regulatory activities across international markets, helping to ensure products meet the required global regulatory standards. Key responsibilities will include:
- Compiling and maintaining technical and regulatory documentation
- Reviewing regulatory requirements across international markets
- Supporting regulatory submissions and product registrations
- Assisting with product lifecycle management from initial registration through to post-market activities
- Working closely with Commercial, Customer Service, Suppliers and Quality Assurance teams
- Supporting product launches while maintaining existing regulatory approvals
- Managing multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met
- Working with regulatory databases and submission systems
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering or a related scientific discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A customer-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Previous experience in regulatory submissions, documentation management or regulatory databases would be advantageous, although candidates without prior experience will also be considered. Additional qualifications in Quality Management or Regulatory Affairs would be beneficial.
