We are currently recruiting experienced HLOP / VNA Drivers to join our busy logistics and order fulfilment operation in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and experienced forklift operators looking for regular afternoon/evening shifts with consistent hours and competitive pay.

The Role

  • Operating HLOP (High-Level Order Picker) and VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Picking and moving stock within the warehouse.
  • Working at height where required.
  • Loading, unloading and replenishing stock.
  • Following all site health & safety procedures.
  • Carrying out daily equipment checks.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
  • Working as part of a busy warehouse team.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 14:00pm – 22:00pm. You will also be required to work alternative weekends if required.

Pay

£13.50 per hour

Requirements

  • Hold a valid/in-date HLOP and/or VNA forklift licence.
  • Be able to provide proof of RTITB or AITT accreditation.
  • Have previous experience operating HLOP/VNA equipment.
  • Be reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
  • Be physically fit for a warehouse environment.
  • Be flexible to work alternative weekends.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
