We’re currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established, multinational manufacturing business based in Rothley. This is a long-term opportunity with a genuine temp-to-perm pathway, offering stability and development within a busy warehouse environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the finished goods operation, ensuring stock is handled, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating FLT Counterbalance, along with equipment such as reel clamps and PPTs
- Moving and storing pallets within the warehouse
- Preparing finished goods for dispatch in line with schedules
- Loading vehicles when required
- Completing daily equipment checks and reporting defects
- Maintaining accurate paperwork and stock records
- Identifying damaged stock or quality issues
- Supporting stock counts and inventory control
- Working collaboratively with the wider warehouse team
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Good communication skills
